If there is a concept that has laid low many a fine philosophy, it’s the lack of regard for original sin.  Best described, it’s the propensity of human beings to unfairly exercise power over each other for no greater purpose.

It’s wrecked Objectivism, as Ayn Rand is one of the thinkers who wistfully constructs the Society Before The Fall.  If only we would Be Good, she offers – yes, she’s not just some selfish troll who endorses Grab All You Can.  But the greatest sin is the exercise of power over others by force.  And she never gets an answer, other than by a romantic revolution of society.

Every Eden starts out this way.  But then the leaders become frustrated, and try to make It work, by juggling around human cargo.
